In the May 2007’s issue of the Chicago-based, “DC Modern Luxury” magazine, on page 138, a photograph of a charcuterie board was mis-credited. Above is the image, and it was shot by yours truly. Sonoma is the owner of the image, but it was shot in 2006 by me. Check the website credit. I’m sure it was just a mistake or oversight. -kk

I found a travel company I worked for as a sales consultant used my photo work in a few magazine print ad insertions. I did not sell or permit them rights to my work. Do starving artists like us have any recourse or rights? What did you do with your lack of photo credit?
